P.T.A.

We want to welcome you to the current school year. St. John's is a great school. The entire staff is devoted to support their students and work with the parents/guardians in a cooperative manner.

We strongly encourage every parent to volunteer in the school or Parent Teacher Association. For example, we ask for two parents to volunteer to be class mothers (or fathers) for each class.  There are also opportunities to accompany classes on field trips, to chaperone the 7th-8th grade spring trip, and to help with teaacher appreciation day, to name a few.

When parents work with school personnel wonderful things can be accomplished. We all have a vested interest in making St. John's school the best learning environment possible.

St. John's Lutheran P.T.A. works with the principal and teachers to identify and provide for schools needs. Please plan to attend the P.T.A. meetings this year. Your presence, ideas, and enthusiasm are vital to our work to build our school.  Together we can build on St. John's academic success, while providing a fun place for our children to learn and develop.
