Gift Planning

Charitable gift planning, sometimes called "planned giving," means making a charitable gift of estate assets to one or more nonprofit organizations like St. John Evangelical Lutheran School.  It presents all members of the St. John's family—alumni, parents, parents of alumni and friends—an opportunity to make a substantial gift that is arranged now and paid later. By naming St. John Evangelical Lutheran School in your will or trust you will provide a lasting gift that will greatly help St. John Lutheran Evangelical Lutheran School and its students. With an increasing number of our benefactors taking this approach, St. John's will benefit continuously in the years ahead. It is our hope that this section of our web site will help you choose and structure a planned gift that suits you and your needs.  St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Schools is willing to help.  Please call Joe Boccia (718) 441-2210.
